Can you give my pets their medications while I am gone?
Yes. Usually there is no extra charge, but some circumstances may incur an extra fee. We will discuss everything you need in the initial consultation.
What if you are injured or sick? Who will care for my animals?
We have backup pet sitters available for emergencies. Clients will always be notified if a backup sitter will be utilized.
What if we don't return home on the date specified in the service request? Will you continue to care for my animals?
We always telephone to confirm that you are back home, and we will always make sure your animals are taken care of.
Is there an extra fee for holidays?
Yes, $5.00 is added for service on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve or Christmas Day, Easter, Memorial Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.
